Charity Walk

Guided walk organized by Uisp firenze in favor of Firenze in rosa onlus.

Participants will be provided with headsets to follow the explanation.

Maximum 30 people per group.

Mission:

The central theme of the 42nd Half Marathon FirenzePeace — clear, powerful, and more necessary than ever given the global scenarios — becomes even more relevant because it speaks of humanity, of unity among peoples, and of rising above daily brutality to elevate ourselves morally and spiritually and seek a different path.

With the Charity Walk we embrace this message as well, drawing inspiration from a line in the Inferno by the Supreme Poet, Dante Alighieri:

“You were not made to live like brutes,
but to follow virtue and knowledge.”

A powerful invitation not to be guided by instinct, hatred, and violence, but to choose knowledge, responsibility, and coexistence.

The walk A Walk with Dante is a small symbolic gesture in this direction: walking together as an act of peace, immersed in culture and positive thought.
