BIB AND RACE PACK COLLECTION

After this time, it will no longer be possible to collect the bib and race pack.
To collect the race pack, you must present an identity document or the payment receipt. You can collect the race pack on behalf of another participant by presenting one of the aforementioned documents in the name of the person for whom you are collecting.

At 8:15 AM in Piazza Santa Croce, you can participate in the Training session led by Fulvio Massini.

CHANGING ROOMS

Unattended changing rooms without showers will be available on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The organization will not be held responsible for any loss or theft and will not issue any refunds.
WOMEN: Via delle Casine at Scuola Pestalozzi. Walk down Via San Giuseppe and turn right into Via delle Casine.
MEN: Via San Giuseppe 7 at the Gym of Scuola Vittorio Veneto. Walk for 70 meters along Via San Giuseppe, which is to the left of the Santa Croce Church.

LIGHT BAG DROP

The light bag drop, provided by HMF ONLY FOR COMPETITIVE RACE ATHLETES 21.097 KM (NO bags, suitcases, trolleys, etc.), will be available at designated stands in Piazza Santa Croce from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

TOILETS

Chemical toilets will be available near the start and finish areas. Please use them with discretion and respect, given the historical significance of the area.

TIMING

The timing is automatic with a CHIP INSERTED INTO THE BIB. The chip will be provided to the athletes along with the race bib and must be worn on the chest and be clearly visible.

REFRESHMENT STATIONS

There will be 4 refreshment stations along the course (Lungarno Vespucci x2 and Piazza Frescobaldi x2). A final refreshment station will be available at the finish in Piazza Santa Croce, offering gluten-free products thanks to the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) Tuscany.

TIME LIMIT

The maximum time to complete the race is 3 hours. After this time, the organization will no longer be able to ensure the full closure of the streets.

PACEMAKERS

Look for and follow your “pacemaker.” Each “pacemaker” will be identifiable, with the target time displayed on their back and a different colored balloon for each time group. This service is provided by Regalami un Sorriso.

MEDAL AND AWARDS

All participants in the HALF MARATHON who finish the race will receive the official Half Marathon Firenze medal immediately after the race in the finish area. The rankings will be posted. No envelopes with finish order will be provided, and finish times will be recorded via the chip system. Awards will be given exclusively at the end of the race and will be presented to those in attendance.

In Piazza Santa Croce at 8:15 AM with Fulvio Massini Sports Consultants.

PHOTO SERVICE

The official photo service for the Half Marathon Firenze 2025 is exclusively handled by FOTORAVENNA.

MEDICAL SERVICE

Medical service will be available along the course, provided by the Italian Red Cross.
